Every alternative investment offered on the DAI platform undergoes a multi-stage review designed to protect advisors and their clients. Our due diligence process begins with an in-depth evaluation of the sponsor, its management team, track record, and operational infrastructure.

From there, we examine offering structure, fees, distribution mechanics, liquidity provisions, and risk factors — supplemented by independent third-party reports when appropriate. Sponsors are required to provide ongoing transparency, and approved offerings are continuously monitored throughout their lifecycle.

The result is a thoughtfully curated shelf of strategies — not an exhaustive list — chosen because they have demonstrated the quality, transparency, and alignment we expect on behalf of our advisors.
