Candace has worked at two independent broker-dealers over the past 13 years before joining DAI. Her strengths include reviewing and evaluating workflows and procedures and finding ways to improve them. Candace enjoys finding solutions that promote accuracy and efficiency.

Prior to joining DAI, Candace started in the Accounting/Compensation department processing commissions and preparing journal entries for month-end closing. She worked closely with the technology department converting legacy systems to cloud-based alternatives to increase back-office efficiency and find better solutions for the financial advisors. She also has experience with identifying and creating process improvements and maintaining standard operating procedures and workflows in both compensation and operations.  She was a member of several committees that evaluated application enhancements; collaboration on modifications to existing documentation, processes and procedures; set best practices in the operations area; and proposed long-term goals that would improve client experience, increase operational efficiency; and supported the corporate agenda.

Candace is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology with Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Management with Certificates in Accounting, Marketing and Information Technology. She currently holds Series 7, 24, 27, 66 and 99 licenses.

In her spare time, Candace loves to travel and live like a local. Her favorite trips include Cameroon, Greece and Cambodia. She also enjoys spending time with her family and her mischievous but adorable dog, Anders.  She follows the Liverpool Football Club and hopes to one day see a game at Anfield Stadium in Liverpool, England
